GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR ACCOMMODATION AT CHÂTEAU JOSEFŮV DŮL

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) govern the provision of accommodation at Château Josefův Důl, Josefův Důl No. 310, 468 44 Josefův Důl (hereinafter “Accommodation”).

2. The Accommodation Provider is the company Nomce, s.r.o., ID No.: 03670171, with its registered office at Karoliny Světlé 321/23, 110 00 Prague, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 12293 (hereinafter “Accommodation Provider”).

3. The Client is a natural or legal person who enters into an accommodation contract (hereinafter “Contract”) with the Accommodation Provider. The Guest is a natural person who uses the Accommodation based on the Contract; the Client may also be a Guest. A Third Party is, in particular, a visitor or external supplier to whom the Client or Guest grants access to the Accommodation or its outdoor areas. The Manager is a person appointed by the Accommodation Provider to handle operational tasks related to the stay.

4. The T&C are an integral part of the Contract. Individually agreed conditions listed in the booking confirmation or otherwise agreed upon in writing between the Accommodation Provider and the Client shall take precedence in case of a conflict with the T&
